We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer - RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Process Automation team. Reporting to the Director, Integrations & Automations, you will be responsible for :

• Designing and implementing Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions with UiPath, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and scalable
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, such as detailed design specifications and user manuals, to facilitate effective knowledge sharing
• Developing and troubleshooting scalable IPA workflows, ensuring clean, maintainable code and high-quality automation solutions
• Providing technical support, resolve issues, and monitor IPA solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in IPA, AI technologies, and tools to continuously enhance and refine the automation framework

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of overall software development experience, 2+yrs of experience with IPA tools(UiPath mandatory)
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or similar. Solid understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization
• Experience with SQL and databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills..

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified with UiPath Automation Developer level or higher
• Experienced in working in a CoE setup
• Good understanding of ML & AI concepts
