We’re seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to guide our growing product and engineering teams—someone who can bring together backend, AI, and mobile expertise to shape and implement our next-level solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical Leadership & Strategy
  • Drive the technical roadmap across AI, backend, and mobile, aligning with product objectives.
  • Ensure robust architecture and scalable infrastructure that supports high-traffic applications.
  • Team Management & Mentorship
  • Lead and mentor a diverse group of software engineers, data scientists, and mobile developers.
  • Promote an inclusive culture of continuous learning, feedback, and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
  • Serve as a key technical advisor to leadership, translating complex technical challenges into actionable insights.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices
  • Define engineering standards, processes, and tools to ensure high-quality output and rapid iteration.
  • Oversee code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
  • Project Execution & Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—gather requirements, create timelines, and deliver on commitments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in architecture, resourcing, or process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ Years of Overall Engineering Experience
  • Strong background in designing and maintaining complex systems, ideally at startups or growth-stage companies.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable backend architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems).
  • AI/ML Exposure
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, NLP, or LLM-based features—understanding how to deploy and optimize models in a production environment.
  • Mobile Ecosystem Knowledge
  • Experience delivering iOS and/or Android apps at scale, integrating them with backend and AI services.
  • Strong People Skills
  • Proven track record in developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving a high-output culture.
  • Technical Communication
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly—balancing technical depth with business context.
  • Strategic Mindset
  • Comfortable setting a vision for the team and turning that vision into executable steps and deliverables.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps
  • Understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Voice & Audio Processing
  • Background in speech-to-text, real-time audio streaming, or other voice-related technologies.
  • Exposure to CRM Systems
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, data models, or third-party integrations.
