Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

• JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js and good in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript and AWS Services.
• Should have experience working in RDBMS, preferably MySQL and Oracle.
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js and translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Should have experience in developing user interface components and implementing them using well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Knowledge in Terraform and Jenkins is an added advantage or should be a quick learner to learn
• Participate fully in agile software development team and rituals; actively participate in all ceremonies, review user stories, participate in planning sessions, estimate effort for stories / tasks, managing and reviewing team members task, etc.
• Building reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to interact with many different people, internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to think strategically and critically.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven 10+ years’ work experience in software development and deep hands-on technical expertise.
• Proven full-stack developer with proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS Services, MySql / Oracle.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Having a working knowledge in Docker, Terraform, Jenkins and Kubernetes are an added advantage
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitHub
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be able to coach and mentor developers on your team and across the company
• Bachelor's Engineering degree or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• An open-minded, structured thinker, a team player and good teammate.
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritize an approach for maximum impact.
