Mandatory /Preferred/Requirement:

  • Should be able to converse, chat, compose emails in fluent English Language.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.

  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM or ERP markets is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through email
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines
