Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 2-3 years of experience in customer support
• Experience with observability tools like APMs, Network/Infra monitoring, Bug tracking, Logging, Security tools etc. is a plus
• Obsession with solving customer problems
• Strong technical aptitude and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
