What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for Corporate and HR Technologies to join the Enterprise Architecture group. This person will be an integral part of an agile team focused on developing high-quality solutions aligned to the company’s charter and mission. This Architect will be accountable for providing technical guidance to the HR and Corporate Technology teams to enable their tactical and strategic needs.
The Senior Architect will facilitate and drive the discovery, research, and design aligned to the software development lifecycle. Potential candidates must possess a strong aptitude to work with the management team to balance strategic goals with the optimum solutions. This "Advisor” role will make an impact by assessing and recommending appropriate technologies for the Human Resources and Corporate Technologies portfolios. Candidates are required to be well versed in the ever-changing technological landscape of Cloud-based enterprise technologies.
What You'll Need to be Successful
College Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
12+ years of relevant and progressive work experience which must include operating at an Architect-level.
MUST have at least 5+ years of experience designing and deploying HR and/or Corporate IT solutions for large enterprises.
Experienced with integration between Corporate Technology platforms and employee data contained in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LMS (Learning Mgmt. System).
Well-versed in navigating an unstructured environment of rapid growth, potential ambiguity, and constant evolution.
Effective in producing targeted designs and executive-level presentations that highlight business needs facilitated by seamless integrations of systems and applications.
Propensity to frame intricate issues into simple constructs that can be used to influence a wide or diverse audience.
In-depth knowledge of modern design fundamentals, application development, process, and data architecture.
