What it takes:

  • 18+ years of experience in software development with at least 6 years as a people manager in enterprise application software development. 
  • 4+ years hands-on role in application development – Digital forensics domain, object oriented concepts and design, programming experience and exhibited good problem solving skills.
  • Strong fundamentals in agile development methodologies and leading multiple teams simultaneously
  • Strong leadership in project management providing right balance of quality & time
  • Excellent people leadership skills to mentor/coach the team, establish credibility, and provide longer term vision and motivation to the team
  • Ability & flexibility to work with cross functional members across Product Management, Customer Support/Representatives, Designers, Testing and Documentation
