18+ years of experience in software development with at least 6 years as a people manager in enterprise application software development.
4+ years hands-on role in application development – Digital forensics domain, object oriented concepts and design, programming experience and exhibited good problem solving skills.
Strong fundamentals in agile development methodologies and leading multiple teams simultaneously
Strong leadership in project management providing right balance of quality & time
Excellent people leadership skills to mentor/coach the team, establish credibility, and provide longer term vision and motivation to the team
Ability & flexibility to work with cross functional members across Product Management, Customer Support/Representatives, Designers, Testing and Documentation
