SW Development -Flight Management System

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will play major role in development and verification of FMS functions and will be involved in the various phases of FMS development. In more details:

• Have a good understanding of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for FMS software systems.
• Code development as per DO178B/C standards
• Demonstrate the technical capabilities as a technical leader to drive the high performance team meeting the project targets
• Support the system testing on simulation benches including the regression and integration tests.
• Ensure quality deliverables before hand-off from the team
• Work on latest tool and means like JIRA/GIT/BITBUCKET/ClearCase/etc...
• Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development phases by respecting deadlines and contractual milestones.
• Apply and comply with the configuration management process
• Contribute for grooming the team talent
• Drive the continuous improvement in the team to drive the efficiencies to enable sustained growth.
