About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a team of inside sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Set sales targets and performance metrics for the inside sales team, and monitor performance against these targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Implement sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the inside sales team.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.​​​​​​​
