Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Tech Lead to independently drive all technology aspects of our platform. You’ll take ownership of development, scalability, and technical direction while collaborating with the Product Owner and stakeholders. This role involves building a reliable platform, setting a robust tech strategy, and establishing a strong tech team to support our growth.

What You’ll Do

● Own the Tech Roadmap: Design and implement a scalable architecture for quick commerce.

● Build & Lead the Team: Hire, mentor, and manage a skilled tech team.

● Collaborate & Innovate: Work with Product, Design, and Operations to solve real-world problems for local stores.

● Ensure Stability: Develop a secure, reliable platform with seamless integrations.

● Set Coding Standards: Uphold and enforce high standards of code quality and best practices.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

● Full-Stack Development Expertise:

○ Frontend: Proficiency in frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

○ Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel).

○ Mobile: Experience with cross-platform tools like React Native or Flutter (preferred).

● Cloud and DevOps:

○ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and infrastructure management.

○ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

● Database Management:

○ Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).

● Third-Party Integrations:

○ Experience integrating APIs and external systems seamlessly. Leadership and Team Management

● Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.

● Experience managing projects and delivering within tight timelines.
