Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical consultation, deployment, troubleshooting, training, and documentation related to the technologies utilized by our software product.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice on the implementation of our software product.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to offer proactive recommendations for optimizing technology usage.
2. Deployment:
Lead technical deployment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of our software product in client environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any technical challenges during the deployment phase.
3. Product Upgrades and Migrations:
Collaborate with clients to plan and execute product upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems, identifying compatibility issues and potential challenges.
Develop comprehensive upgrade and migration strategies, including risk assessment and contingency plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition, from product release to implementation.
4. Redeployment and System Migration:
Execute system redeployment projects, ensuring all components are configured correctly and performance is optimized.
Perform the platform migration for Seclore product.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise during redeployment, collaborating with technical teams to find effective solutions.
5. Health Checks and Performance Analysis:
Perform regular health checks on clients' systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
Analyze system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas requiring optimization.
Generate comprehensive reports outlining health check results, insights, and recommended actions for clients.
6. Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during deployment or usage,demonstrating a deep understanding of the underlying technologies.
Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
7.Technical Training:
Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for clients and internal teams.
Customize training sessions based on the specific needs and skill levels of the audience.
8.Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Project Book, HLD, LLD, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices.
Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date with the latest software deployment and configurations.
9. Client Interaction:
Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal development teams, ensuring client feedback and concerns are addressed promptly. 10. Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, research & development, and technological advancements to enhance the overall efficiency of technical operations.
