LeadSquared is a leading Sales Execution SaaS platform used by over 400,000 users across 25 countries to grow their businesses. LeadSquared differentiates itself by focusing on high-velocity sales processes and solving industry-specific problems better than others. Education, Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Marketplaces are the key focus areas for LeadSquared.

Our goal is to build the world’s best software platform for sales execution. That is a significant challenge for LeadSquared engineering team to build a product that users and customers love. A fast-growing SaaS platform also brings challenges of scale, performance, security, and cost optimization.We are working on an accelerated roadmap that involves building several new products, upgrading our technology infrastructure including migrating the entire platform to .NET core, and eventually aligning with .NET 5.0 by end of 2023.

We are looking for strong tech leaders ( polyglot programming background) to drive the platform and product to the next level. The Role We are looking for seasoned technical leaders from a .NET background with experience in building cloud-based web applications and products. The role involves understanding business requirements, and customer problems, and architecting the appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, high performing, and testable. It is a hands-on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with junior team members.

Requirements

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.
• 6+ years of experience in building applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and the .NET platform in general.
• Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing complex algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and navigating complex code structure and performance benchmarking.
• Experience in architecting and designing web applications and services.
• Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience in writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records.
• Experience building Workflow applications, Background job applications, Windows Service, and Worker Service is a plus.
• Experience in building applications on .NET Core is a great plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in various authentication mechanisms including password-based, token-based, and certificate-based authentication.
• Knowledge of common authentication technologies including OAuth, SAML, CAs, OTP/TOTP, SSO, LDAP
• Good understanding of OWASP best practices and web-based security vulnerabilities
• Good Experience in Linux based systems
• Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes, and Estimation/Planning
• Exposure to New Relic or similar tools to optimize web application performance.
• Understanding and experience in working with Product Management, Design, and DevOps teams.
• Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics streams) or equivalent qualification.
