Responsibilities
- Craft Engaging User Experiences: Design and implement user experiences that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective, helping users navigate Highspot's features and content seamlessly.
- Smartpage Template Design: Develop and refine SmartPage templates (homepages, navigational pages, sales plays, digital sales rooms, lessons) that are central to the user experience, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives
- Lead Customer Discovery Sessions: Facilitate design discovery sessions with customers to uncover their specific requirements and challenges, and translate these insights into actionable design strategies
- Provide Strategic Design Guidance: Offer expert advice on user-centric design principles, ensuring that the solutions you create are aligned with the customer’s goals and contribute to a better user experience
- Support Sales Enablement Initiatives: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to showcase how well-designed user experiences can drive engagement and effectiveness in sales enablement
- Visual Branding: Create custom visual elements, such as banners and icons, that are consistent with the customer’s brand and enhance the overall user experience within their Highspot environment
Required Qualifications
- Proven UX Design Expertise: 4+ years of experience in UX design, particularly within SaaS, professional services, or customer facing roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create effective and engaging user experiences.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.
- Proficiency with Design Tools: Strong experience using mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma, with the ability to create interactive prototypes and visually compelling designs.
- Graphic Design Skills: Skilled in using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create custom visual elements that enhance the user experience.
- Front-End Design Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Collaborative & Influential: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that design solutions are aligned with business objectives and customer goals.
- Creative Problem Solving: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
Good to have
- Have at least 2-3 Years of experience in the similar operations
- Has partnered with Sales / Go-to-Market teams for outputs and deliverables. Ideally they are familiar with the personas we are often partnering with to help create compelling designs
- Can operate effectively with minimal guidance and lots of context switching.
