Job Purpose:

We are looking for Business Development Manager with 7+ years of experience.

The role & responsibilities usually includes:

• Lead Generation.

• Cold Calling to prospects.

• Experience in selling software testing services for the international market.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

1. Must have experience in email campaigns with help of HubSpot, Zoho, others, etc.

2. Must have exp in the international market as well as domestic market.

3. Candidate must belong to IT Service Domain especially from software testing and software development services worked on or sold to clients.

4. Must know LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead generation platforms very well.

5. Must be better in cold calling and prospecting and lead generation.

6. Must be good to hunt the proper leads from all geographies.

7. Must be good in documentation, PPT, Excel Word, etc, and other tools like Trello Zoho CRM, Hubspot CRM, etc.

8. Must know how software development and testing work
