• 8+ years of experience in building and supporting highly scalable distributed web applications using Java, Spring, and various backing data services
• 6+ years in a professional software development environment
• 6+ years of solution architect for a CRM, CCaaS, UCaaS , VoIP or Telecom company.
• 4+ years of coding experience with voice technologies such as Twilio, VoIP, programmable voice 
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current frontend and/or backend systems
• Solid knowledge of MPLS, SDWAN, SIP, PSTN, VoIP, AWS DirectConnect, IPSec, VPN, WebRTC, etc.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns for building distributed and federated micro-services
• Mastery of SIP, RTP, WebRTC, streaming media, or real-time communication protocols
• Experience with AWS and DevOps tools
