You have a proven track record of leading global teams to develop cutting-edge software products on public cloud using modern technology. Your technical expertise is complemented by your outstanding communication and presentation skills, making you a compelling advocate and mentor for your team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at building strong partnerships across various functions and organizations. Agile and iterative methodologies are second nature to you, and you are adept at optimizing development and production processes to enhance operational efficiencies. Your background in SaaS and microservices based development on public cloud  makes you uniquely qualified to guide a team for developing state of the art Synopsys Cloud products. You are not just a manager but a hands-on problem solver, always ready to dive into technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership with technical reviews, architecture decisions, and developing best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, business teams, QA, Customer solution groups ) to understand requirements and translate them into cloud solutions. 
• End to end timely execution of high value projects starting from estimation, planning, assignment, execution and deployment
• Recruit, retain, and mentor a skilled team of cloud engineers, developers
• Foster a culture of collaboration with global teams and continuous improvement within the cloud development team. 
• Manage team priorities, work life balance, and ensure highly engaged team with constructive performance feedback, rewards & recognition.
• Role model “yes-if” and groom the innovation mindset to develop world-class features in agile environment

• Communicate proactively about issues and risks to stakeholders.
• Optimize development and production processes to improve operational efficiencies.
• Utilize agile and iterative approaches to manage product development and verification efforts.
• Work with customers and manage execution of product releases

What You’ll Need:

• 12+ years of experience in building and deploying solutions on public cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or other Cloud providers with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated Prior experience in building solutions with microservice based architecture; designing and building scalable SaaS solutions and RESTful applications on Azure
• Proficient in programming and experience in patterns such as object oriented- & functional programming
• Experience with REST API; Understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger
• Deep experience in Microservices implementation
• Javascript, or Typescript development experience; High availability solutions using NodeJs and REST Middleware; Experience with JS MS frameworks such as NestJS

Or

• Experience with high availability server implementation in Python and interfacing with OS and other REST end-points
• Experience in Cloud native and standalone databases 
• Experience of developing high quality unit testing, integration testing and end to end testing modules
• Deep knowledge of quality standards and software development life cycle processes which include requirement gathering, high level design, detailed design, coding, testing and support
• Familiarity with agile, scrum, cmake build systems and Jenkins/CICD methodologies.
• Master’s degree in computer science and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
