At Shopflo, we're trying to change the way the world shops. We are a high-growth SaaS startup building a checkout stack for e-commerce. We started with the vision to help new-age merchants transform the way they sell to and engage with customers online while making shopping smarter and completely hassle-free for the shoppers.

Shopflo was started by three co-founders: Ankit (ex-IIT Kharagpur, Oracle, Gupshup), Ishan (ex-IIT Bombay, Parthenon, Elevation Capital), and Priy (ex-IIT Madras, McKinsey, Elevation Capital).

Team & Role

We are a team of 45 people now (with team members joining from Livspace, Gupshup, Setu, etc.). This is a high-impact, critical role to craft the future roadmap of the organisation. We have closed our first seed round with marquee global & Indian VC funds as well as prominent angels in the ecosystem. And we’re just getting started!

As a Founder’s office associate, you will drive international expansion for us. As the Strategy & growth member in this team, you will drive the 0-1 journey for international growth along with solving for scalability in India. This will require building a strategy through research and experimentation.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the founders and product team to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for growth and optimise key performance metrics.
  • Build a strong understanding of ideal customers and early adopters
  • Strategise on approaches to build inroads to win conversations with potential customers.
  • Assist the founders in planning and executing strategic initiatives that drive company growth.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

You should consider applying if you have:

  • A generalist with experience in Strategy & Ops roles in high-growth startups, and SaaS companies is a plus.
