Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Implementation Specialist at Maxyfi. The Junior Implementation Specialist will assist in setting up and configuring our software for new clients. The role includes helping clients get started, answering questions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during the setup process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and configuring software solutions for clients.
• Support clients during the onboarding process and provide necessary training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.
• Address client inquiries and resolve basic technical issues promptly.
• Gather feedback and work with the team to enhance the implementation process.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, issues, and resolutions.
