We are seeking a skilled MERN Fullstack Developer with over 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX using React.js.
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring optimal performance.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and component lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and writing optimized queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of deployment tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
