Position Overview
As Knowmax's first Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a product used by tens of thousands of users around the world. You will work closely with the CEO & CTO and be part of the core decision making team, translating market insights and customer feedback into actionable plans.

Role : Product Manager
What will you do?
Data And User Feedback Analysis
- You will be responsible for creating analysis strategy and culling out insights for data as well as user feedback.
- Identify and Prioritise areas of non-linear impact and drive product improvements and optimisations.
Championing Customer First Mindset
- Understand the customer, their needs, and identify opportunity areas that can have a needle moving impact on customer experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape
- Have a customer centric mindset and be focused on customer needs and wants. Be an advocate for the customer.
Product Implementation
- Work with the engineering team to aid in the entire product development lifecycle.
- Define product features, specifications, and user stories.
- Report bugs and issues in the product backlog and work with dev team to get them resolved promptly.
- Assist in new feature rollouts by testing product modules and features to ensure quality and functionality of the platform.
Support And Assist Allied Teams
- Develop, aid and maintain product documentation, including and not limited to user guides and release notes.
- Help create and manage training materials for internal teams and end-users.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to promote the product.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to drive product roadmap and ensure a unified product vision.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multiple departments and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and drive product initiatives.
- Create journey maps of user interaction and identify pain points and areas of building brand loyalty.
Skills And Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/ business, or related field (MBA would be an added advantage)
- 2-4 years of hands-on product management experience is a must
- Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights [Strong analytical and problem-solving skills]
- Self-starter, hustler - we work at a very rapid pace
- Proven experience in product management or related roles
- Ability to connect with internal stakeholders to drive product outcomes [ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.]
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving results in a fast-paced startup environment
- B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred
