Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product portfolio. As an integral member, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and delivery of products that cater to the needs of large-scale organizations. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful creation and launch of innovative solutions that meet the demands of our enterprise clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Identify and prioritize target market segments within the enterprise space, considering customer needs, and competitive landscape.
● Build strong relationships with high-potential enterprise customers, engaging in direct customer conversations to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
● Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for enterprise customers that aligns with the overall business objectives and market trends.
● Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines feature releases, enhancements, and updates in alignment with strategic goals.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring they address enterprise customer pain points and opportunities.
● Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, tracking progress and addressing challenges throughout the product life cycle.
● Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that cater to the complex workflows and demands of enterprise users.
● Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning that resonate with enterprise customers.
● Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the enterprise product landscape.
● Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes in enterprise software dynamics to drive continuous product innovation.
● Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption within the enterprise market.
● Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and iterate on the product based on user insights and data.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA from Tier 1 colleges( IIT, BITS, IIM etc).
● Proven experience of 4-6 years in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
● Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, business processes, and the needs of large-scale organizations.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and market trends to make informed product decisions.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
● Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
● Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
● Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-impact, customer-centric products.
