Job Description

We are looking to onboard highly skilled individuals for the Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee our organization's project management processes and ensure the smooth execution of all projects. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Role:

● Monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to project plans and delivery timelines.

● Collaborate with Head of Departments (HODs) to understand timelines, escalations, deliverables and resource allocation. Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.

● Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, gather requirements, and communicate project status and updates effectively to the senior management.

● Participate in projects scrum calls to stay up-to-date on the progress of project and understand the challenges

● Resolve escalations through effective communication, and coordination with the each relevant stakeholder like implementation, customer success, quality assurance, product and technology team, offering strategic solutions and recommendations as needed.

● Prepare executive reports for the CEO’s review, emphasizing areas that require attention, potential escalations, opportunities for enhancement, project status, stakeholder feedback, and overall deliveries.

● Lead change management initiatives related to project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation.

● Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to standardize project delivery.

● Maintain project management standards, including project charters, scope management, change control, and risk management processes.

● Provide training and mentoring to project managers and teams on project management principles, tools, and techniques to build organizational capability and enhance project delivery excellence.

Qualification:

● Proven experience in project management, with ideally a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement change initiatives.

● Experience in Digital Lending or BFSI Enterprise Software space shall be a plus

● Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience:

 7+ years (Preferred)
