Scrum Manager Manager/Assistant Manager

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

Key Skills :

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing Agile development teams.,
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development practices.,
• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices and values.,
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.,
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.,
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms.,
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.,
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment, preferably with cross-functional teams.,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,etc.
