As a Senior Consultant Partner Operations, you will take on a multifaceted role, overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of partner associates while also managing project execution and delivery. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, talent acquisition expertise, and the ability to foster successful partnerships between internal teams and external associates.

What you will do:

Hiring & Onboarding:

• Liaise with portfolio leaders to understand skill requirements.

• Closely follow-up on the hiring status of partner associates

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential partner associates based on defined criteria.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between partner associates and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to have the onboarding done.

• Manage documentation for partner associates onboarding, ensuring all necessary forms and agreements are completed.

• Orient the partner associates on company culture and other policies.

• Work with resource management team to process offboarding by communicating the same to IT and HR teams.

Performance Management:

• Work closely with solution leads to understand the impact of the newly onboarded partner associate

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and partner companies on the status

• Raise red flag for any early warning on performance or adherence in association with RC & training partner

• Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving the partner hiring and onboarding process

• Coordinate with solution leaders to gather competency assessment post every project.

• Analyse feedback along with training and arrive at impact on project deliverables.

What you should possess:

• 4-5 years of overall experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience with HR and vendor/partner companies a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective

relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Working knowledge in supply chain industry is desired

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.

• Additional certifications in talent acquisition or HR management are a plus.

• Ability to take complete ownership of the work and deliver with minimal oversight
