As a Senior Product Manager at Freight Tiger, you will lead product initiatives that elevate both the user experience, operational efficiency and revenue growth. Your focus will be on delivering products and features that solve real customer problems while ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with business objectives. You will champion customer needs and work cross-functionally to bring new features to life that drive product excellence, fostering innovation in logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for Freight Tiger’s products focusing on delivering customer-centric, high-quality features.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across all products, ensuring that features are not only functional but exceptional.
• Conduct deep customer research to understand pain points, workflows, and needs, translating these insights into actionable product features that improve the customer experience and drive long-term satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle - from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch - ensuring that all product releases meet the highest quality standards.
• Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback, usage data, and evolving market trends to ensure that our products remain innovative and valuable.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for multiple product features, ensuring they deliver both customer satisfaction and business value.
• Develop product roadmaps that balance short-term needs with long-term vision, making sure that the focus is on delivering meaningful impact for customers and Freight Tiger’s growth.
• Advocate for customer-first decision-making, ensuring that all product features align with user needs, improve efficiency, and contribute to a high-quality experience.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused, high-quality products.
• A strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences, with a deep compassion for customer needs and pain points.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, business) to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Ability to lead product initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring product quality and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Comfort in ambiguity and strong ability to bring clarity to complex problems, driving focused action while navigating uncertainty. Your ability to define a clear vision, prioritise effectively, and rally cross-functional teams around solutions enables you to turn abstract ideas into actionable outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to drive product decisions.
• Proven track record of managing complex products and features, with experience in SaaS, logistics, or fintech industries a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategies and features to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
