We're looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to work with IT teams on integrating infrastructure, enhancing security, and providing user support while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will be reporting to Manager, IT Network Operations. You will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing VMware infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) to ensure performance and reliability
• Configuring and maintaining NAS storage solutions, including backups, snapshots, and disaster recovery
• Administering Microsoft Active Directory for user/group management, GPOs, and SSL/TLS certificates via Digicert
• Maintaining DNS, DHCP, Linux/Unix systems, security, and troubleshooting
• Leading IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and network security initiatives like Zero Trust

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, infrastructure management, VMware, DNS, and Active Directory
• Proficient in VMware platforms (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and Windows Active Directory (user/group management, Group Policy administration)
• Experienced in Linux/Unix administration, automation, NAS storage, disaster recovery, SSL/TLS workflows and cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP
• Expert in managing external and internal DNS systems, DHCP administration and networking, including routing, switching, and security

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Zscaler solutions, specifically Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) 
• Strong skills in scripting and automation to streamline system processes and improve operational efficiency
• Knowledge of network virtualization, Zero Trust, and certifications like VMware VCP, MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA, or Security+
