Required Skills:

• Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of Windows Operating systems. 

• Good understanding of MS Patching & Antivirus like Webroot. 

• Normal Application-level installation and troubleshooting. 

• Basic Understanding of Networking. 

• Good communication skills (written and Verbal for Chats) 

• Any Windows Certification would be added advantage. 

• Candidate must have more than 2-year experience and be ready to work in 365*24*7 support.

• Minimum grauduate.
