Key responsibilities:

- Develop customer-facing help content, API guides, release notes, and tutorials for our SaaS products, catering to various audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, design engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to improve the user experience by refining product content.
- Support more than one product roadmap by effectively managing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
- Develop a comprehensive documentation strategy that meets the organization's ambitious product content roadmap and provides leadership in certain areas of innovation.
- Gain a deep understanding of products and services by translating complex information into simple, engaging content.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
- Thrive in collaborative environments, actively seeking input and feedback from subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of your work, assuming full responsibility for the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of the technical documentation you produce.
Qualification:
To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Writing.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Experienced Technical Writer or similar role, with expertise in creating content for SaaS or cloud products.
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to provide cross-functional leadership and display an ownership mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Proficiency in MadCap Flare or similar authoring tools (Oxygen, XMetaL, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical for on-time deliverable readiness.
- Provide knowledge and leadership in certain areas of technical communication.
