We're building autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents to be the hiring intelligence brain of any organisation in the world using cutting edge AI-LLM models. What will you do?
- Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and articulate the product vision and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Technical Specifications: Write clear and detailed technical product specifications, ensuring that all engineering teams understand requirements and constraints.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product features as well as and maintain customer focused Product Roadmap
- Collaboration with Engineering: Engage closely with engineering teams to prioritise technical tasks, conduct sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create user stories and acceptance criteria that accurately reflect user needs and technical feasibility, facilitating effective backlog management.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user feedback to guide product decisions, using tools such as [specific tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.] to monitor performance and user behaviour.
- Technical Feasibility Assessments: Conduct assessments of technical feasibility for new features and enhancements, collaborating with engineering to evaluate effort and impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates and technical decisions to stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
- Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to develop testing strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables, identifying and resolving issues before launch.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and HR Tech.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technical project management in software product companies, preferably in early stage tech startups.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or systems design.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding of microservices architecture.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate issues and collaborate with cross-functional team as well as with customers
