THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Program Manager for Sustaining Engineering, you’ll collaborate closely with Xactly Support, Customer Success, Product Management & Engineering organizations to plan & prioritize customer requirements, production defects & escalations, manage schedules, facilitate reconciliation of conflicting priorities and communicate clearly with project stakeholders in delivering high quality software releases to production.
