Technical Support L4 (Active Directory)

Job Description

• Must have a minimum of 6 years of working experience on Microsoft Directory services.
• In-depth knowledge of Active directory, DFSR, DHCP, DNS, ADFS, and AD Certificates.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Terminal Server, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, and ADFS.
• Installing, configuring, and Troubleshooting Active Directory Cross Forest.
• Experience in group policies, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Experience in Account lockout troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of File and folder permissions management and Folder redirection.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of DFS & FRS.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, SMB and Kerberos, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of DNS and DNS query, Zone Transfer, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Replication troubleshooting and hands-on replication tool.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Experience in Scripting, VB script, PowerShell, and Batch script.
• Basic troubleshooting on networking and other Microsoft products like Exchange, O365, etc.
• Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills.
• Excellent Client / Customer Facing skills-building trusted relationships - delivering high-value service.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Knowledge of Active Directory management & troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of GPO, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, AD Connect.
• Knowledge of DFS and FSR.
• Well versed with Windows event log & analysis
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Passion for providing exceptional service to customers
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and able to handle escalations from the lower level and Partner independently.
• Must be able to work in a team environment with a can-do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
• Troubleshooting and ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence.
• Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end-users.
• Azure Certification will be good to have.

• Must be a graduate.
