TPA Executive

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a CRM Manager role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech and Insurance industry.1 to 2 years of experience in Health Insurance Industry.
  • Candidates have to travel 2-3 times in a week from 1 branch to another to solve customer queries.
  • Good English communication is compulsory
  • Qualification: Graduation.
  • You have working knowledge of TPA, CRM, Claim process, Medical claims and Claim executive
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
