Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a practical business setting.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
