Our Sales Professionals, Sales Engineers and Professional Services Consultants design and deliver solutions for potential and existing customers to enable better visibility, insight and action to prevent and defend against attacks. NetWitness provides the unique ability to provide one single platform with a unified view across all attack surfaces including Network, Logs/SIEM, Endpoint and IoT combined with our AI-based User and Entity Behavioral Analysis (UEBA) and Security, Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide Microsoft 365 application support to end-users including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Develop, maintain, and update Microsoft 365 governance documentation.
• Ensure that the technical environment is properly maintained and that any problems are addressed.
• Manage Microsoft 365 security administration in collaboration with the information security team.
• Provide support to employees for technical and configuration issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.
• Stay current on Microsoft 365 changes, updates, and new releases and keep the team informed on forthcoming changes.
• Document solutions, procedures, and other technical information.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft M365 administration including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager, Defender and related functionality.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting end user issues and managing support tickets.
• Working knowledge of operational security and concepts including vulnerability management, and system hardening.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree, 2+ years related experience
Technical Certifications are a plus
