In addition to scheduling posts, Posttely also provides robust analytical tools for assessing the performance of social media campaigns and facilitates active engagement with the user's community.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI & ML Engineer at Posttely. As an AI & ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms and models to improve the performance and efficiency of our social media management application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data scientists, to research, design, and deploy robust AI and ML solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve algorithm development, data analysis, model training and evaluation, and continuous improvement of our AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision algorithms
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and reinforcement learning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, AI, ML, or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with social media platforms and analytics is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
