Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager with a strong background in business analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding customer requirements, developing detailed product roadmaps, and preparing comprehensive PRDs for the development team. Experience in the HRIS/HRMS domain is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to gather and document detailed requirements for product features and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly outline product features, functionalities, and user stories.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that PRDs are understood and implemented accurately.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any changes in scope or timeline.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide support in the prioritization of features and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a business analysis or project management role within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven experience with B2B SaaS Enterprise products.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS/HRMS systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
