Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Lead with a strong background in complex B2B SaaS business applications. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with expertise in Playwright, CI/CD integration, and end-to-end testing at the API, performance, and security levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the automation testing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality test automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and quick feedback.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for RESTful APIs.
• Utilize performance testing tools to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Implement security testing practices to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the security of applications.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure their timely resolution.
• Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the adoption of new testing tools and technologies.
• Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with a focus on complex B2B SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright and experience with other automation testing tools.
• Expertise in CI/CD integration and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of API testing, including tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Experience in security testing and familiarity with tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
