Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse and validates the business needs of a stakeholder
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to determine the scope and vision
• Work with Stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Document business processes, use cases and customer scenarios. Create documentation to detail the functional requirements and the implementation tasks to deliver customers’ needs
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the engineering team.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the engineering team.
• Actively work with Sales team on pre-sales proposal activities & high-level solutioning
• Work with Product Owner to define, prioritize requirements and accurately maintain requirements traceability.

Expectations:

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
