Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that business needs are properly understood and translated into actionable insights and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
Working experience in Banking domain, BFIS sector.
Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
Create detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to support project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery of business solutions.
Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states, identifying necessary changes for successful project outcomes.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals, budget, and timelines.
Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine project requirements.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst I (BFSI Sector) with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Must knowledge in API, integration process and logics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs and develop practical solutions.
Proficiency in creating business process documentation, functional specifications, and user stories.
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, gap analysis, and data modeling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
Preferred Skills:
Must have experience working with the BFSI sector, or other enterprise systems.
Good Knowledge in API integration process.
Must have experience as Business Analyst 2+Yrs.
Knowledge of business process automation tools and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
