Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual communication/design/animation preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, creating animated shorts, video editing, and basic film skills.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in any of the following tools:
• Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Affinity, Figma, Procreate, Adobe XD, Canvas, Invision, Adobe Spark
• Video: Premiere Pro, Final Cut or other.
• Animation: Blender, Adobe After Effects, Maya, Unity or other.
• In-depth knowledge of creative principles including user-entered design, typography and composition.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple on-going projects, create appealing designs in rapid time frames and evaluate multiple ideas for projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Effectively translating business strategic ideas into impactful visual communications.
• Crafting creatives for various digital and print mediums including performance marketing, social media, web banners, ad campaigns, videos, and animated shorts.
• Working collaboratively across teams and with various business stakeholders.
• Supporting the execution of content strategy with stimulating and engaging design assets, including video content and animated shorts.
• Staying updated on design trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.
