The Role

Shape Sprinto’s overall data strategy and help refine how data drives decision-making across all teams. Play a key role in establishing Sprinto’s dominance in the SaaS market through proactive insight generation and data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a seamless data infrastructure integrating sales, marketing, and customer engagement insights.
• Generate actionable insights to drive growth, sales, and customer success.
• Collaborate with teams to identify gaps, optimize strategies, and elevate performance.
• Deliver real-time dashboards and custom reports for smarter decision-making.
• Optimize sales and marketing efforts with data-backed strategies to boost conversions and lead generation.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in analytics with impactful business outcomes, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Mastery of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a knack for turning data into actionable opportunities.
• Strong communicator who simplifies complex data for diverse audiences.
