Job Overview As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for our employees, providing top-notch technical assistance and driving solutions that boost productivity. You'll use your scripting skills to automate tasks and collaborate with engineering to build a secure, zero-trust IT environment. About You +You're a natural problem-solver with 2-4 years of IT support experience under your belt. +You're technically curious and always eager to learn new technologies. +You excel at communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way. +You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Your Playground +Onboarding and offboarding employees, including new hire orientations, +provisioning/deprovisioning hardware and accounts. +Providing day-to-day IT support (help desk, troubleshooting). +Maintaining office technology (Zoom, Google Workspace, ). +Managing IT assets and keeping meticulous records. +Promoting IT best practices and escalating issues when needed. Tracking and resolving issues in our ticketing system (Jira Service Management). +Creating and updating technology documentation. +Continuously seeking ways to improve the user experience and internal processes. Your Strengths Scripting: You're comfortable writing low-code scripts in Python or other languages to automate tasks, particularly for on-call engineers in an AWS environment. AWS IAM: You have a solid understanding of AWS IAM and can implement, integrate, and maintain it for employee resource management. Technical Curiosity: You're always looking to expand your knowledge and stay ahead of the curve. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: You're a logical thinker who can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Communication Skills: You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Technologies: You're familiar with Okta, Kandji, Google Workspace, and other essential tools.
