Guidewire is investing in improving automation in the procure-to-pay processes by enhancing the user experience in procurement intake and creating a system to track software inventory. We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about process improvement and automation. As a member of the BizTech team, you will work closely with departments like Procurement, Finance, Infosec, Infrastructure, and Operations. Your role will involve both technical and functional tasks. You will configure and support the Intake to Procure platform and manage the administration and the daily maintenance of the Software asset inventory. This includes setting up intake forms, approval workflows, and integrating APIs with ERP and Software Asset Management (SAM) platforms. You will also review software licenses and their usage to find ways to save costs and improve efficiency.
