You would be the primary technical resource for the project and should have the ability to articulate technology and product aspects to both business and technical users. You would have proficiency in providing efficient solutions to technical challenges and excellent communication skills to interact with the customers.
The individual must be able to establish and maintain strong client relationships and identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
5-10 Years of experience in Core Java, J2ee, JSF, Web services, XML
Must be proficient in HTML, JavaScript
Experience working with MongoDB will be a big plus
Experience working with Version control Bitbucket
Excellent Communication skills, debugging skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in integrations with 3rd party systems and a good knowledge of data modeling would be an advantage
Nice to have : Past experience with Maximo, Work & Asset Management (WAM), Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, and Mobile Workforce Management products
Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as a team member
B.Tech, BE, Engineering in Computer Science, Masters preferred
Responsibilities
Ability to analyze, debug customer issues and provide elegant solutions
Ensure customer requirements are understood, prioritized and implemented in a timely manner
Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements, and validate future feature designs.
Educate the client about product features and capabilities during the customer on-boarding and retention process.
Collaborate with product engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
