Key Account Manager (Intern)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting B2B / B2C sales for ReachInbox.
  • Troubleshoot, setup, follow-up for the account.
  • Ensure product onboarding and product performance is successful.
  • Act as a sole point of contact to handle all the queries of assigned Key Accounts and provide great User Experience (UX) and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Managing multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meeting the deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development and customer support to ensure alignment in delivering value to Key Accounts and driving overall company success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or similar diploma
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and excited to be part of a growing and innovative company
