Ensure product onboarding and product performance is successful.
Act as a sole point of contact to handle all the queries of assigned Key Accounts and provide great User Experience (UX) and Customer Relationship Management.
Managing multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meeting the deadlines.
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development and customer support to ensure alignment in delivering value to Key Accounts and driving overall company success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or similar diploma
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
