The Role

Sprinto is hiring an experienced marketing automation manager to support our dynamic, growing marketing team. This position will work with the Revenue Operations function, where our goal is to align all teams that have a role in the Go-To-Market function. You will be the owner of our marketing tools, processes, workflows, documentation, and data.

Responsibilities

  • This role sits at the center of the demand and revenue generation team and is at the intersection of technology, data, and process. With scale comes operational complexities, and your challenge on the job is to simplify and make marketing work.
  • Own and drive CRMMarketOps-related activities and execute solutions that deliver lasting outcomes.
  • Manage the bulk of leads generated from various sources and create a process for managing these leads both from a hygiene and marketing perspective.
  • Manage end-to-end lead flow and nurture to drive outcomes from different segments of leads acquired from different sources.
  • Deal actively with different metrics important for different channels and create reports/dashboards to monitor them regularly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years in MarketOps as a role.
  • You have at least 5 successful marketing technology implementations under your belt.
  • Experience with at least 2 automation tools like HubSpot and Marketo, attribution modelling, Dashboarding and setting up processes for MarketOps is a must.
  • High level of proficiency with data management and insights building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any stream.
