Partner with the best
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will support the execution and activation of global marketing campaigns. You will be key in developing, analyzing and optimizing best-in-class marketing, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

As a Manager Marketing Automation, you will be responsible for-

  • Supporting Global and Field Marketing email campaigns, advising on email best practices, audience segmentation and overall strategy.
  • Managing and organizing data, including bi-directional integration points, integrity, segmentation, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
  • Designing and executing campaigns using respective tools and functionalities, including templates, journey personalization, automations, and optimization.
  • Creating an informed, decision making environment through KPI/metric analysis, identifying trends/opportunities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Enabling and educating the global marketing team by developing engaging documentation and training materials.
  • Troubleshooting issues, providing insight, and resolving platform-related challenges (e.g. data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, etc.).

Do What You Love
To be successful in this role you will-

  • Have at least 8 years of relevant marketing automation experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate excellent marketing automation capabilities including nurture program creation, email marketing, event programs, and quality assurance.
  • Have experience in successfully utilizing marketing technology tools that integrate with MA Platforms - particularly SFMC
  • Have focus on balancing internal stakeholder needs and optimal customer experience to reach solutions to accommodate both.
  • Embrace, operate, and innovate in an ambiguous environment and methodically articulate/document processes, while driving results.
  • Be certified or highly-skilled in SFMC with solid technical acumen, including knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript.
  • Be detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skill-set to quickly identify and resolve technical or functional challenges.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends, features, and best practices (e.g.- attending webinars/trainings and reading insights).
