Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, with a post-graduation in Information Technology, Computing, Business, or Operations.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Go-To-Market roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of Presales operations.
Proven experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration.
Strong user experience and design sense to enhance the usability of Presales tools.
Ability to identify and address user needs, build relationships with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in engaging in detailed technical discussions with presales leadership and operational teams, making informed technology-related product decisions.
Knowledge of roles and teams within pre and post-sales, with expertise in solution design on the Salesforce platform (or similar).
Experience in automation/integration, databases, analytics, and BI.
Software development experience preferred.
Ability to work in US EST timezone
