Job Description:

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who is passionate about setting the vision for innovative products and bringing them to life. As the Principal Product Manager at Murf AI, you will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and make sure that it is incorporated into the planning and development processes. You will act on opportunities to drive customer adoption, engagement, conversion & retention through rapid iterative testing with a growth mindset. You will also be collaborating with Engineering, Revenue, and Customer Success teams to meet key (measurable) objectives strategically and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize target customer personas within large businesses, considering customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Deeply understand customer needs by spending time with customers, sales, and support and observing patterns/trends across their feedback and the market.
• Work with the leadership team to create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines feature releases, enhancements, and updates in alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify and propose high-impact opportunities to further accelerate adoption, engagement, conversion & retention.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers, guiding their professional growth and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, tracking progress and addressing challenges throughout the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that cater to the complex workflows and demands of enterprise users.
• Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning that resonate with our customers.
• Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and iterate on the product based on user insights and data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes in enterprise software dynamics to drive continuous product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of 8+ years in a product management role within the tech industry, preferably within AI or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA from Tier 1 colleges( IIT, BITS, IIM, etc)
• Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, business processes, and the needs of large-scale organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and market trends to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-impact, customer-centric products.
