Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Product Manager at Trumio to drive some of our key product work for our enterprise platform. As a Product Manager, you will get opportunities to lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver products that create meaningful connections between enterprises and early-in-career talent. You will own the product roadmap and ensure our platform addresses user needs, drives business growth, and delivers exceptional experiences for all stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Define Trumio’s Product Vision: Participate in shaping and articulating the product vision and strategy to align with Trumio’s mission and business objectives.
- Collaborate across Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, marketers and analysts to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the Trumio platform.
- Customer-centric Product: Understand user needs and pain points, translating them into innovative product features and experiences.
- Data-Informed Decision-making: Leverage data and customer insights to drive product prioritization and feature development.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Own and maintain a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
- Manage Spec to Release: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: ~2 years of product management experience ideally in a B2B/SaaS eary stage/Series A/Series B startup
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting data and making data-informed product decisions.
- Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand and represent customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel/GSheets and Figma.
